Renovation of Leo XIII school, Neder-Over-Heembeek
(in collaboration with Architecten Atelier, architect Peter Jacob)
Renovation of kindergarten and primary school - LEO XIII in Neder-Over- Heembeek. Project concerns demolition works (organically grown outbuildings and the gable roof), renovation of existing spaces and extensions (new floor and backbuilding). The school got, next to the modern sanitary facilities and clear flow in the building, 6 new classrooms and 1 multipurpose room.
Responsibilities during the implementation of the project:
preparation of building permission and execution plans, visualisations, general specifications book, estimate of the costs, public tender, monitoring of the construction-site
